Returns within 30 days
We accept returns or exchanges for any item within 30 days of receiving your package. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot provide you with a full refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
Items must be returned in the same condition as when they arrived. This means:
The item must not be worn, opened, used, altered, or washed.
The item must have all tags, including the original seal, and must be returned in the original packaging.
Returns without the original security tag or with a damaged security tag may result in a delay in the refund or may not be eligible for a refund.
Purchased items that cannot be returned will be marked as ‘sold out’.
Shipping costs
You are responsible for all shipping costs, including original shipping costs and return shipping costs. We do not refund shipping costs. The original shipping fee is non-refundable.

Once your return request is accepted, we will send you an email with instructions.
Damaged/Faulty Goods
In the event that the product is faulty or damaged upon receipt, the customer will be refunded both the delivery fee and the return shipping fee, and you can return the product for a refund.
Refunds
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a full refund or exchange. We will arrange a return and process a full refund for a faulty item. However, if it has been more than 30 days since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to issue a refund or exchange. Your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
We aim to process all returns and refunds within 3 business days, but there may be delays due to limited staff.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund yet, please check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially credited. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected] .
Canceling an Order
Once an item has been purchased, we may not be able to cancel the order immediately. After purchase, you have 24 hours to cancel via the link in your confirmation email. After this time, we do not guarantee order cancellation.
You cannot cancel any item that is in “Shipped by Brand” status.
